We often hear people say, "I just don't have the time" when it comes to working out. But the truth is, we all have the same 24 hours in a day! It’s not about having more time—it’s about how we use it. Here are seven creative ways to fit exercise into your busy schedule:


1. Move During Your Meetings

If you're at home or in a private office, why not walk around during your conference calls? It might not be a traditional workout, but it’s movement! Even better, a little pacing can boost your energy and confidence, making you feel more engaged and possibly leaving a great impression on clients.


2. Turn Your Commute Into Exercise

Instead of sitting in traffic for 45 minutes, try biking or walking to work. Not only could you save time, but you’ll also squeeze in a workout before your day even begins. It’s a smart way to turn an ordinary commute into something productive for your health.


3. Make the Most of Your Time With Movement Snacks

Don’t have an hour to spend at the gym? No problem! Movement snacks are great to gets your heart rate up fast and burns calories efficiently in just 15-30 minutes.
