Pre/Post Natal Pregnancy

Are you looking to keep healthy and mobile through your pregnancy?

There are many benefits to doing exercise whilst pregnant, such as improving your posture & balance, preparing you for labour and delivery, aswell as helping you recover more quickly after birth.

If you've decided to start exercising, your aim whilst pregnant is to help maintain or slightly improve your level of fitness and then after the baby is born to help you get back to your former level of fitness and I can help you. I am a certified Peak Pilates® Comprehensive Pilates instructor and also trained in Pre and Post Natal Pilates with Mama's Pilates™©.

 

I offer private 1:1s Pilates sessions for both pre and post natal pregnancy in my studio in Peterborough and these sessions are tailored just to you!

After the birth of my little boy, I was nervous to get started moving again. Lisa-Marie gave me lots of information so that I could make the right choice for me. She is patient and knowledgeable and I really enjoy my sessions with her.
