You will..

• Learn how to perform and teach the introductory, Beginner, early intermediate exercises (Level 1)
• Comprehensive Level 1 training on Mat, Reformer, Tower/Cadillac, High/Low Chair, Barrels, Ladder Barrel, Wall and Power Circle
• Be shown how to deliver group Mat and Reformer classes
• Discover how to provide private sessions to help clients achieve their goals.
• Benefit from personalised coaching aimed at accelerating practical skills
• Learn effective teaching formulas
• You will be shown how to verbal cue, use touch, develop your eye, and an understanding for progression.
• Learn how to work with people suffering from chronic back pain of an unspecific nature
• and much much more.

Module Dates

Module 1: 3rd and 4th February 2024

Module 2: 2nd and 3rd March 2024

Module 3: 13th and 14th April 2024

Module 4: 11th and 12th May 2024

Equipment Requirements: Access to some Pilates equipment is essential for you to be able to pass this certification.

Certification Requirement: 100% Attendance • Passing Score on all Assessments • Submission of all logged hours

Course Contact Hours 64hrs over four modules.

Study guide/Online Hours 68.75

Logged Hours: Observation 25hrs • Personal Practise 60hrs • Teaching Practise 35Hrs

Total Cumulative Hours 252.75 hours

A Level 1 Classical Certification will be awarded upon a passing score on all assessments and submission of 120 logged hours.
