60 minutes · £55 · By request Relaxation is so important in our lives, and we often get very little of it. This gentle, unhurried massage uses long, fluid strokes to encourage relaxation, ease muscular tension and give the body time to soften. Sometimes more pressure isn't the answer. Swedish massage at Breathe in Pilates is an opportunity to slow down, rest and allow gentle work to do its job.

Cancellation terms Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours notice will be charged. By booking you are confirming that you have read and signed the terms and conditions, completed the Health form and confirm you have not been diagnosed with any of the contraindications listed in the description.
