Service Description
Your consultation is where we start. π¦πΆπ»π΄πΉπ² π¦π²πππΆπΌπ»: Β£20 Tell me about your life, how you move, what you love doing and what's getting in the way. Together we'll agree what you'd like to work towards and the right level of support to get you started. We'll start with the level of support that's right for you now. As we work together, we'll keep reviewing your goals, your progress and what you need from me. That may mean continuing exactly as we are, or exploring another way to practise as your confidence and practice develop. Your Pilates should evolve with you.

Cancellation Policy
Plans change, we understand. If you need to cancel or move your session, please give at least 24 hours' notice. Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice will be charged in full. With more than 24 hours' notice, you're welcome to cancel or reschedule your session, subject to the expiry date of any session package. For full terms and conditions, please see our Terms & Conditions. Breathe in Pilates is a working studio, so another teacher and client may occasionally be using the studio at the same time.
