You’ll receive a dynamic Classical Mat Pilates workout, plus our signature focused segment using studio apparatus to deepen your connection, refine your movement, and add variety to your practice. Within a supportive small-group environment, you’ll be guided through movement designed to help you build strength, improve mobility, and move with greater ease and confidence. You’ll benefit if you want to: - Ease daily stiffness and release tension - Move more freely and feel more connected to your body - Strengthen your core and improve posture - Improve stability, mobility, and body awareness What the session includes: - A dynamic Classical Mat Pilates workout - A focused segment using small studio equipment - Experienced guidance and support - A friendly, welcoming studio environment where you can progress at your own pace Fees: Pay As You Go £20pp 4Mat+ Pass £72 (1 per week for 4 weeks) 8Mat+ Pass £128 (2 per week for 4 weeks) SPINESAFE NOTICE This is a mixed-abilities class. If you suffer from chronic injury, osteoporosis, osteopenia, or other spinal conditions, the class may still be suitable for you; however, a consultation is required before joining so we can ensure the exercises are appropriate for your body. NEW MEMBERS: New members are required to attend a paid 30minute consultation before joining this established class, so that you can be shown how to practise safely in your body. IMPORTANT NOTE: This is a hybrid class which means, that the class is both in-person and virtual by zoom. If minimum class numbers are not met then clients will be given an option to upgrade at an additional fee or the class may be cancelled.
