NEW MEMBER CONSULTATION IS REQUIRED BEFORE JOINING CLASS Class type: Fundamentals/Introductory Class Level: Mixed abilities Pace: Gentle & Steady This is a HYBRID CLASS - (In person & Live Zoom) Ideal for those who are... > New to Pilates > Suffer from mild back/neck issues > Want to relieve those aches & stiffness > Want to move more freely > Increase core strength > Improve Posture > Work on stability and mobility This is a gentle class, set at a gentle pace. Together we work through the Classical mat order, using modification & building blocks to make it accessible. As you get stronger you can use fewer modifications. SPINESAFE NOTICE This class does include loaded flexion/ extension and rotation which may be contraindicated for you if you suffer from injury/osteoporosis/osteopenia, therefore you will need a series of 121's before joining the class so that you know how to modify the exercises. NEW MEMBERS: New members are required to attend a paid 30minute consultation before joining this established class, so that you can be shown how to practise safely in your body. IMPORTANT NOTE: This is a hybrid class which means, that the class is both in-person and virtual by zoom. If minimum class numbers are not met then the class may be cancelled and moved to virtual only for that week.
Please remember all classes and 121 sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours notice will be charged. You are welcome to cancel or move appointments with more than 24 hours notice before the session with no charge at all within the plan expiry dates.
