Service Description
Move beyond a single piece of equipment and discover Pilates as a complete system. 𝗦𝗶𝗻𝗴𝗹𝗲 𝗦𝗲𝘀𝘀𝗶𝗼𝗻: £32 𝗣𝗮𝗰𝗸𝗮𝗴𝗲: 4 sessions for £120 Grip soled socksare required for safety on apparatus. In this small-group session of just four, you'll work across the studio using the Reformer, Tower, Chair, Mat, Barrels and small apparatus, over the course of the term. You'll be led through a flowing workout, exploring how familiar movements and connections appear across different pieces of apparatus sometimes in surprisingly different ways. Each session includes our BIP Focus Segment, where we slow down to explore a movement or connection in more detail, before finishing together with our standing ending.

Cancellation Policy
Plans change, we understand. If you need to cancel or move your session, please give at least 24 hours' notice. Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice will be charged in full. With more than 24 hours' notice, you're welcome to cancel or reschedule your session, subject to the expiry date of your package. Group classes require a minimum of two people to run. If a class needs to be cancelled by Breathe in Pilates, your session will be returned to your package or moved to another suitable date.
