About the event
This course starts your journey to becoming a Pilates Instructor. Conducted over four modules, our focus is on the introductory and beginner exercises and gives you the skills to teach both group and 1:1 sessions across Mat & Equipment.
You will learn to teach and perform the introductory and level 1 exercises across
