This program will teach you exercises and give you tools to learn Pilates and know how to modify movements. This program focuses on Pilates modifications specifically designed for individuals with osteoporosis/osteopenia. It includes gentle exercises and modifications to help improve strength, flexibility, and balance while taking into consideration the unique needs of those with osteoporosis/osteoporosis. What you get: - Information about Pilates and how it helps - About Osteoporosis/Osteopenia - 6x Fundamental exercises Week 1 Class 1 Fundamental Flow - 18minutes Week 2 Class 2 Fundamentals Grow - Introductory - 23minutes Week 3 Class 3 Level 1 - 30Minutes Week 4 Class 3 Level 1 + Class 4 Balance Challenge (49min total) Week 5 Class 3 Level 1 + Class 4 Balance Challenge (49min total) Upon successful completion, you will have the tools to modify Pilates exercises.
